We are waiting to hear if each weight needs to be tested or if this will cover all weights provided they are the same content and similar weight. Will update as I have information. Children’s clothing is required to comply with the Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles, 16 CFR Part 1610, promulgated under the Flammable Fabrics Act (FFA). The standard, sometimes referred to as the general wearing apparel standard, has been in existence since the 1950s. The clothing must be certified as compliant in a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) based on passing test results from a CPSC-accepted laboratory.
